Before owning First National, I had worked in several Property Management departments and to be honest, I hadn’t enjoyed a minute of it. The constant pressure to perform in a team that is understaffed eventually wears you down. I was hugely relieved when we purchased First National and I knew they didn’t have a Property Management department.
Many years later, my real estate coach asked me why we didn’t have a Property Management section, his advice to me was to lead and run one as I would like to work in it.
