We had four agents look at our house.

Number 1 raved about the home and location. Two days later all the positives had become negatives. Very confusing.

Number 2 did not have a clue.

Number 3 Kept telling us how good they were. Could not get a firm sale price.

Number 4 - First National. Very positive from the start. The sales staff looked, had a meeting on the premises and gave us a price on the spot. Service and communication were excellent. Price achieved was way above the other agents. S & R Manson
